美・JAPON ヨーロッパ2都市公演決定（2026年6月5日・9日）

日本文化の美と精神性を舞台芸術として発信する文化団体「美・JAPON」が2026年6月、フランスとベルギーで特別公演を行います。

舞台となるのは、中世の修道院、そして世界遺産の市庁舎。ヨーロッパの歴史的建築空間で、日本文化の核心を表現し、映像・写真ともに強いビジュアルを生む、特別な国際公演です。

1. フランス・ボーヴェ国際チェロ・フェスティバルの目玉プログラム

2026年6月5日、フランス北部ボーヴェで開催される「ボーヴェ国際チェロ・フェスティバル」に美・JAPONがメインプログラムとして招聘された。

同音楽祭はボーヴェ市主催、在フランス日本国大使館後援の歴史ある国際フェスティバル。

会場は中世の面影を残すマラドルリー・サン＝ラザール修道院。

石造建築の荘厳な空間で代表作「はごろも」を披露する。

「はごろも」は2018年にユネスコ本部（パリ）で上演され、約1,100名を動員。

能の世界観を基盤に、日本の精神性と身体表現を融合させた幻想的作品として、海外でも高い評価を得た。滞在中にはボーヴェ空港でのフラッシュモブも予定。

街全体が舞台となる文化交流プログラムである。

2. ベルギー・ブリュッセル外交記念 世界遺産で「あまてらす」公演

2026年6月9日、ベルギーの首都、ブリュッセルにて外交公演を開催。

会場は、世界遺産グランプラスの中心に建つ15世紀建造のブリュッセル市庁舎。

敷地内のゴシックルームにて「あまてらす」公演を開催する。

本公演は、ベルギー日本友好160周年記念事業の一環として開催。

歴史的建築の中で、日本文化とヨーロッパ文化が交差する象徴的な舞台となる。

「あまてらす」は、これまでに東京国立博物館やフランス国立ギュスターブモロー美術館など、国内外の歴史的文化施設で上演されてきた美・JAPONの代表演目である。

公演後は市庁舎内ウエディングルームにてVIPレセプションを開催予定。

Be-Japon European Performances Announced June 5 & June 9, 2026

Be-Japon, an NPO dedicated to expressing the beauty and spirituality of Japanese culture through performing arts, will present special performances in France and Belgium in June 2026.
The performances will take place in extraordinary historic settings: a medieval monastery and a World Heritage city hall. Within these iconic European architectural spaces, Be-Japon will reveal the essence of Japanese culture through movement, music, and kimono—creating a visually striking international production rich in imagery and symbolism.

1. Featured Program of the Beauvais International Cello Festival (France)

On June 5, 2026, Be-Japon will be featured at the Beauvais International Cello Festival, held in the city of Beauvais in northern France.
The long-standing international cultural festival is organized by the City of Beauvais and supported by the Embassy of Japan in France.
The performance will take place at the Maladrerie Saint-Lazare Monastery, a remarkable medieval stone complex that preserves the atmosphere of the Middle Ages.
Within this majestic architectural setting, Be-Japon will present its signature production “Hagoromo.”
The show was previously performed at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris in 2018, enchanting nearly 1,100 spectators.
It is inspired by the aesthetic world of Noh theatre and merges Japanese spirituality with expressive physical performance, creating a dreamlike stage experience that has been widely praised internationally.
During thier stay, Be-Japon also plans to stage a flash-mob cultural performance at Beauvais Airport, turning the city itself into a platform for cultural exchange.

2. Diplomatic Commemorative Performance in Brussels, Belgium
“Amaterasu” Presented in a World Heritage Site

On June 9, 2026, Be-Japon will present a diplomatic commemorative performance in Brussels, the capital of Belgium. The venue is Brussels City Hall, a magnificent 15th-century Gothic building located in the Grand-Place, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The performance will take place in the Gothic Room of this historic building and will feature Be-Japon’s acclaimed production, “Amaterasu.”

“Amaterasu”
This event forms part of the 160th anniversary of friendship between Japan and Belgium, creating a symbolic stage where Japanese and European cultures meet within a historic architectural setting.
“Amaterasu” is one of Be-Japon’s signature works and has previously been presented at prestigious cultural venues including the Tokyo National Museum and the Musée national Gustave Moreau in France.
Following the performance, a VIP reception will be held in the City Hall’s Wedding Room.

Le kimono devient spectacle vivant

Be-Japon présente deux performances exceptionnelles en France et en Belgique en juin 2026
L’organisation artistique Be-Japon présentera en juin 2026 deux représentations exceptionnelles en Europe dans des lieux historiques emblématiques : un monastère médiéval en France et l’Hôtel de Ville de Bruxelles, situé sur la Grand-Place classée au patrimoine mondial de l’UNESCO.
À travers le mouvement, la musique et le kimono, revisité à partir de pièces anciennes et de techniques traditionnelles, ces performances offrent une vision poétique de la culture japonaise, où tradition et expression scénique contemporaine se rencontrent.

Festival International de Violoncelle de Beauvais (France)

5 juin 2026 – Maladrerie Saint-Lazare
Le 5 juin 2026, Be-Japon participera au Festival International de Violoncelle de Beauvais, soutenu par la Ville de Beauvais et l’Ambassade du Japon en France.
À l’occasion de cette édition 2026, qui met le Japon à l’honneur, Be-Japon fait partie des temps forts du programme. Le violoncelliste japonais de renommée internationale Dai Miyata, premier prix du Concours Rostropovitch, est également invité.
La représentation aura lieu à la Maladrerie Saint-Lazare, site monastique médiéval.
Be-Japon y présentera son œuvre emblématique « Hagoromo », inspirée de l’esthétique du théâtre Nô et mêlant spiritualité japonaise et expression corporelle contemporaine.
Le spectacle a également été présenté au siège de l’UNESCO à Paris en 2018.
Durant leur séjour, les artistes de Be-Japon prévoient aussi une performance culturelle sous forme de flash mob à l’aéroport de Beauvais.

2. Performance commémorative diplomatique à Bruxelles

Le 9 juin 2026, Be-Japon présentera une performance exceptionnelle à Bruxelles.
La représentation aura lieu dans l’Hôtel de Ville de Bruxelles, chef-d’œuvre gothique du XVe siècle situé sur la Grand-Place, site inscrit au patrimoine mondial de l’UNESCO.

« Amaterasu »
Le spectacle se déroulera dans la Salle Gothique de ce bâtiment historique et présentera l’une des œuvres majeures de la compagnie : « Amaterasu ».
Cet événement s’inscrit dans le cadre du 160ᵉ anniversaire des relations d’amitié entre le Japon et la Belgique et crée une rencontre symbolique entre les cultures japonaise et européenne au cœur d’un patrimoine architectural exceptionnel.
« Amaterasu » compte parmi les créations emblématiques de Be-Japon et a été présenté dans plusieurs institutions culturelles prestigieuses, notamment au Musée national de Tokyo et au Musée national Gustave Moreau à Paris.
À l’issue de la représentation, une réception VIP sera organisée dans la Salle des Mariages de l’Hôtel de Ville.
